Dual heatsinking structure:

The heat could be radiating from both PCB directly and laser ceramic surface by sapphire. This dual heatsinking structure allows us to make COB at smaller size but higher wattage and better reliability.

KCOB ceramic characteristic curve: The phosphor ceramic can return to the original state even after 300 ℃. While the phosphor powder can not be back after 250 ℃, the performance would remain in the decaying state
